Goal

The goal of this article is to provide an explanation why  a KW in Contact Quantity is  based on Maximum Demand Value

This is the question about the Japanese Localization 'Demand Value to Price'. In this function, the contract power (kW) is determined by referring to the demand values. The contract power is registered in BSEG_SQ, and we'd like to confirm whether this contract power is obtained with the effective date in Contract Quantity.
