Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.7.0 version, Subscription Management

Issue:

Cycle_end_t/Charged_to_t is calculated incorrectly using OFFSET/UNIT in purchase_deal opcode in daylight saving time (DST).

The end time of the product is 1 day less than the actual end time of the product that should be on the basis of offset

Expected Behavior:

The end time for the product should not be 1 day less than the actual end date.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Purchase a product, the end time of the product is set with an offset of 242 days and the start time is immediate.
