In the Weblogic console, for each managed server, do the following:
On the server's Configuration: General page, click Advanced, then set RMI JDBC Security to "Secure"
Click the View JNDI Tree link.
The JNDI tree for the server appears in a new Administration Console window.
In the new Administration Console window, select the top node.
In the Settings table, select the Security tab. Then select the Policies sub-tab.
Under Methods, choose Lookup
Add Conditions, Allow Access to Everyone
Under Methods, choose All
Add Conditions, Role, Next
Enter Admin
Click add, then Finish
Press Save
