 On : 12.1.3.9.2

When running the "Create APS Partitions" program, it ends with Error

We followed Note number : "INSTALL ALERT - Setting Up The APS Partitions and Data Collections Instance in R12 (Doc ID 552415.1)", however, we were unable to find any corrupt partitions.
