On :  7.5.0.11.0 version, Subscription Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Scale is not calculated correctly when a customer changes DOM and moves into hierarchy

Scenario 1 :

1. Create Individual Customer with Pay Type 10003 on 29-Mar (DOM = 29)
2. Move PVT by 2 days i.e.: 31-Mar
3. Create Parent account with Pay type 10003 (DOM 31)
4. Move the Customer created in step 1 under the hierarchy of Parent account created in step 3
5. Customer is charged with Scale 1.00215



Scenario 2 :

1. Create Individual Customer with Pay Type 10003 on 31-Mar (DOM = 31)
2. Customer is charged with Scale 1.0

The behavior is different for the same deal purchase

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On 31-Mar purchase, deal should charge with scale 1.0
