Unable to see MAP on production system.

While starting one of the manage servers, receive the below error in the log file:

Client Errors Displayed in MWM Include:
MAPVIEWER-05523: Cannot process response from Map Viewer server.
MAPVIEWER-06036: MapTileServer is not ready. Please try again later.
