EGRC 8.6.6.x: In IE 11, A Blank IE Window Opens But No Report is Displayed (Doc ID 2165259.1)

Goal

In IE11, When trying to view already ran reports by following steps below:
1. Login to application.
2. Navigate to Report Management.
3. Schedule a report to run.
4. Check the report history.
5. Select the Report Run and click on Action->View Report.
6. A blank IE window opens but no report is displayed.
