Getting 333000 Error When Changing Status of Dictionary from Active to Provisional (Doc ID 2166883.1)

When attempting to change the status of an Active TMS Dictionary to Provisional, the following message appears:

ORA-20000: 333000-Not allowed to change status of a dictionary that is referenced by another object.
