Network Element Processor Server Crashing 10 Min After Network Element Goes Into MAINTENANCE Mode (Doc ID 2168185.1)

Symptoms

The Network Element Processor Server is crashing 10 minutes after the Network Element goes into MAINTENANCE mode.

The Network Element Processor Server is restarted exactly after 10 minutes when an Network Element is put into maintenance mode.

In configuration file NEP_MAINTENANCE_INTERVAL is set to 600 seconds.

Instead of reestablishing the connection to the NE from the Network Element Processor Server, the Network Element Processor Server is restarted automatically.
