Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to print the Processed E2B Reports, on attempting to print the below warning is encountered:
Error No: -1 Description: No data found for this report
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into Argus
2. Go to Reports>>Processed E2B
3. select Import Status as Successful/Failure (any criteria will also reproduce)
4. Report type = All
5. Date range = Transmission date (any)
6. Retrieve and then print
