Unable To start Managed Servers that are Not On Admin Server in Agile PLM (Doc ID 2173047.1)

Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.5.0 version, Cannot start managed server that is not on the same server as the admin node.

When attempting to start managed server that is not on the same server as the admin node, the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.io.IOException: [DeploymentService:290066]Error occurred while downloading files from Administration Server for deployment request "278,894,702,491,537". Underlying error is: "null"
at weblogic.deploy.service.datatransferhandlers.HttpDataTransferHandler.getDataAsStream(HttpDataTransferHandler.java:87)
at weblogic.deploy.service.datatransferhandlers.DataHandlerManager$RemoteDataTransferHandler.getDataAsStream(DataHandlerManager.java:153)

weblogic.management.DeploymentException: Exception occured while downloading files
at weblogic.deploy.internal.targetserver.datamanagement.ConfigDataUpdate.doDownload(ConfigDataUpdate.java:130)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile 9.3.5.0 version in cluster mode
2. Start the admin node
3. Start managed server that is not on the same server as the admin node, the following error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to start the cluster setup.
