Bill Segments Not Freezing or Generating from The Bill Segments Tab

The bill segments should go to "Frozen" status, but instead the window is refreshed and the bill segments are still in "Freezable" status.



Steps To Recreate


1. Ensure Installation Options Bill Segment Freeze option is set to “Freeze At Will”.


2. Generate a Pending bill.


3. Navigate to the Bill Segment tab of the Bill Page. Select bill segment(s). Click “Freeze” button. Notice that bill segment(s) are still in Freezable status.
