On Oracle Healthcare Translational Research (TRC) 3.0.2.1 version,

When attempting to Test Connection for Oracle physical data servers,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Topology > Physical Architecture tab, expand Oracle under
    Technologies. Select the physical data server created for APPS and double-click it.
2. Click Test Connection.
