Wlng_nt_portal Application Not Starting After Stopped on Admin Console (Doc ID 2176409.1)

Symptoms

  1.  wlng_nt_portal is installed and active
  2.  From admin console stop wlng_nt_portal, it works fine and goes to 'Prepared' state.
  3.  Start wlng_nt_portal again in admin console -> will result in NPE in admin console and stacktrace in log.

  wlng_nt_portal will end up in 'Failed' state. It is not possible to recover from this state unless NT servers are restarted. (when servers restarted wlng_nt_portal goes to Active state).
