Running an ASCP ECC Plan with SDS, firm planned orders for 14 days, Planning Time fence at 15 days. Get the following error.

We ran with following conditions
Run 1 - No SDS set - failed
Run 2 - No work orders - failed

We checked MTQ value in msc_routing_operations. Set to null in the ODS and has always been that value.

This problem appeared Monday with a new data set.

This issue appears in both PRD and TEST which both point to the same legacy source data.
