REC_ID of a New Beid for ZAR Currency Is Updated with Incorrect Value

Symptoms
Scenario:
* Installed BRM 7.5 PS12 patchset and PDC 11.1.0.7.0
* After Installing PDC 11.1.0.7.0, the post installation steps will remove data config data in BRM, so the below tables will become empty:
config_beid_balances_t, config_beid_rules_t
* Now load config data from PDC (including balance elements and a new balance element ZAR with rec_id=710) using ImportExportPricing in import mode
It is seen from the above mentioned BRM tables that all the other currency is having correct REC_ID except 'ZAR'
For Example:
-- USD is having 840 as REC_ID, which is correct
-- ZAR is having 1000103 as REC_ID, which is incorrect, it should be 710.
