The goal of this article is to formulate an answer to a relative simple question:
Is there any counter that can indicate/control the concurrent ongoing sessions per subscriber (including Calls, SMSs, Data Sessions ... etc.) when NCC (Oracle Network Charging and Control) is deployed in a Convergent Charging scenario (when NCC is used with a 3rd party Billing Engine)?
