On : 5.5.1 version, Other Issues not covered by existing components

CCG Notification mailer is failing with below error.
  
Failed: unable to send mail to xxx@yyy.zz due to the following error: ORA-29279: SMTP permanent error: 550 5.7.1 <xxx@yyy.zz>... Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [xx.xx.xx.xx].Possible cause: Please check your Alert settings. If the problem persists, contact Integra Support.
