Using: Outlook Connector 220.127.116.11.0 and MS Outlook 2013
When some users use Outlook Connector, Outlook becomes unresponsive during the initial mail synchronization. The synchronization stops and there is no way to get it completed.
Mail telemetry shows Outlook checks for folders in the user's mailbox, then starts fetching headers for some folders, and then stops. The connection is idle and no commands are issued by Outlook.
The issue is seen with Outlook 2013, but not with Outlook 2010.
