In a VCP 126.96.36.199 Instance:
When scheduling sales orders, there is a need for ATP to consider both the top-level make item, and the longest lead time (LT) of any of its components, when on hand is not available.
For example, Item A (Standard Make) has a Processing LT of 10 days which is = Fixed LT,
and the component B which is a buy item has lead time of 40 days.
When there is no onhand, it should take 50 days
Currently, it is only calculating 10 days when scheduling sales orders for this top-level make item.
