Gateway Overloaded With Transactions After Speed Time Window Change (Doc ID 2184206.1)

Late yesterday, the Speed Time Window option was set to NO.

Many Stops were unscheduled today and a spike in the number of POSTBOX table records was encountered.  Also, an extra Gateway process was found to be active in the system.  Gateway cleared after 60 mins, postbox count came down and system functionality was eventually restored without requiring any action.
