Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to configure the ERP instance
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Please verify that TNS Entry for ERP Instance is specified in CCG Home Instance, ERP Instance is running and System Password specified is valid


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Navigate to Administrator > Table Space
3. Create table space

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the table space creation to configure the ERP instance.
