Symptoms
The issue appears when trying to code a verbatim Term from the Omissions screen e.g. "STOMACH REFLUX". When the User attempts to code the
term from Classify VT Omissions, it throws the error:
ORA-01400: cannot insert null into ("TMS"."
TMS_DICT_CONTENTS"."TERM_UPPER")
Also, you may not be able to see the same Term from the "Distinct Verbatim Term Omissions" screen. But when you search again in the Distinct tab (after
querying from the All tab) it then appears. First F7 / F8 in the All tab, then F7 / F8 in the Distinct tab.
