Special Characters are transformed in the CIOMS and MedWatch reports when pasted from MSWord
Details:
Special characters or Smart Characters entered in Case Form Fields like Narrative are transformed in the CIOMS and MedWatch reports when they are pasted from MS word.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add A Case Narrative with text containing smart characters pasted from MS Word e.g. quotations, apostrophes, and dashes
- Save case
- Run a CIOMS or MedWatch Report
- Note that characters are transformed/garbled.
