Work List Hyperlinks Not Working for Emergencies and Appointments

Activity hyperlinks are not created in the Work Lists for emergencies and Appointments. Other order types seem to be working.  The following image shows 3 Activities with only one hyperlink for the third activity as indicated by blue text:
