Email Notification Not Sent For Dynamic Workflow to Supervisor for Overdue Cases - Why is this ? (Doc ID 2190916.1)

Symptoms

The Workflow Rules and the Dynamic Workflow have been configured.
The Supervisor Email Id for the Group "Regulatory Affairs" have been configured.
The system is supposed to trigger an email to the Email ID configured as the Supervisor Email Id, for a case when case has crossed the deadline.
However, the Email is not triggered for cases that have crossed the deadline.
