Symptoms
1)
When @ is used in OC/RDC user's password: after executing PDR generation in RDC Onsite, the job gets stuck in SUBMIT_TO_RS status.
2)
When @ is used in OC/RDC user's password: while trying to connect to Oracle Clinical application, user gets below error:
'ORA- 12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified.'
3)
TMS report output shows it was run by the TMSPROXY user (and not the actual user) e.g.
