Symptoms

When @ is used in OC/RDC user's password, after executing PDR generation in RDC Onsite, the job gets stuck in SUBMIT_TO_RS status.

When @ is used in OC/RDC user's password, while trying to connect to Oracle Clinical application, user gets below error:
'ORA- 12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified.'
