ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a request from customer to support the archive activity for the processed files.
The brief description for this requirement.
When OCOMC receives CDR files from network/mediation system in the input directory configured in the OCOMC CC,
OCOMC processes the file and then renames the file to its original filename with a “.done” suffix.
OCOMC keeps the “.done” files in the same input directory and this would require manual intervention to move the “.done” files to the archive directory.
As a best practice, the OCOMC application should move the “.done” files automatically to the archive directory without requiring manual intervention or a script.
The input directory should only contain files which are waiting to be processed only. Archiving files on the input directory which will be accessed by external systems to FTP new files will cause issues with the FTP process.
Below is the proposed /expected solution:
The collection cartridge on OCOMC should be configured in a way where “.done” files are automatically moved to the archive directory.
