ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Currently, the replacement of a card having assigned circuits requires users to manually un-assign each circuit, then reassign at the end with the associated reconciliations at each step.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Automate the replacement of a card having assigned circuits by providing functionality to map the old ports to the new ports. This eliminates the the manual process required for users.
