Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade
When attempting to run a Snapshot
the following error occurs.

ORA-O4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate XXX MB
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Run a Snapshot via CCG Workbench
3. Again try login to the CCG Application
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unable to perform activities on the application
