Customer is expecting GUI to only show the 1 hour shift representing daylight time

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Drop a file during DST period using Z time in source file with device in standard time
2. Notice XAI converts data to daylight time
3. Then MDM converts it to daylight time again for GUI Display

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not have the correct data times saved in the system.
