Goal
Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 8.0.1
Problem when trying to do a MedDRA recode.
Get an error 'Error updating Case data. Error Message Input string was not in a correct format.; Start Chunk index: 1; End Chunk index: 1000'
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch schema creation tool
- Click on [MedDRA Loader]
- When prompted you log in as system user
- Select [Recode] button
- The screen per below appears
- In this screen user enters required recode details - for example :
Enterprise: Default
Existing MedDRA Version to Re-Code: 19.0
[x] Process Current Terms (Using Primary SOC Path)
[x] Process Non-Current Terms (Using Primary SOC Path)
[x] view Only
Output Log File options
Delimited Text : !
Log Directory:
E:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Argus\DBInstaller
- After clicking on
- User is prompted to enter the Argus Schema owner, it is after this step when below error is reported:
Start chunk index: 1 End Chunk index: 1000
