Crew Hierarchy Not Getting Generated Properly With Correct Levels

Symptoms
After executing extracts, cd_crew tables is not populated with the correct Crew Hierarchies. Three hierarchies are defined as: Group, Section and Unit with Group being the Top Most Node Level. There are 3 members defined at the Group level, 5 at Section Level and 10 at Unit Level. After executing the extracts, the cd_crew dimension for Group has 3 values but one value is from Section and for Section there are 6 unique values but out of those only 2 are correct, the other 4 are from Unit level.
