MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management

On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management version 2.1.0.3 version, when a Usage Transaction starts before and ends after meter exchange date, the D2-Math rule calculates quantity as 0.000000 - not reflecting the true consumption of the interval measuring
component. Usage Transactions that have start and end times on either side of meter exchange (do not cross meter exchange date/time)  are calculated correctly and quantity field has expected.
