Goal

The IPSA database encryption has changed in IPSA 7.3.4.

The Policy Server will normally upgrade all encrypted data upon startup. If for any reason the Policy Server fails, the database will be left in a mixed encryption state. If this occurs the Policy Server will fail to start.
