Saimptlogi Batch Aborts With an Error "ORA-01722"

Symptoms
When importing sales from RTLOG file, the process aborts for all files with following error:
ERROR:
"saimptlogi_1~<TIMESTAMP>~flushTranInsertArrays~sa_error~-1722~ORA-01722: invalid number~Cannot INSERT - row=<ROW>"
Steps To recreate:
1.Perform some transactions from Point of Service (POS) System .
2.Check the generated RTLOG file.
3.Try to process the RTLOG file, while running saimptlogi it aborts with an error "ORA-01722".
