Delegated Administrator Logout when Editing Groups Tab - Uncaught Application Exception

Symptoms
Trying to edit a certain group through Delegated Administrator interface requires navigate first to Groups tab. When editing a certain Group nothing happens and after a while login page is presented. Logged in user is thrown out from the session.
Sometimes after this operation fails, Delegated Administrator hangs making impossible a new login.
Studying commcli debug log we can see the following:
It seems that this operation consumed all LDAP pool connections and apparently this connections are not released. Is normal to end up with Delegated Administrator Interface hanged. The question is why this was caused.
Changes
It might be possible that:
- a new group was created
- members added to an already existing group
- deleted users from Messaging Server
