Reservations Are Not Released Using Pin_clean_rsvns Tool (Doc ID 2206494.1)

Symptoms

The user runs pin_clean_rsvns tool daily, and it is observed that some reservations are not released. Since free resources are reserved, user cannot use them.
pin_clean_rsvns is started daily from crontab with command:
            pin_clean_rsvns -object 1 -account -expiration_time 3

Error in pin_clean_rsvns.pinlog
