ECE Customer Updater Failed to Load All Customer (Doc ID 2207625.1)

Customer updater failed to load all the existing customers. There is an error reported in the log with Null pointer exception.
Also, the log is not clearly pointing out which account is having problem.

How to fix this Null pointer issue and load all the customers into ECE?

Steps :

1. Create customer with ITEM type offers.
2. Start the ECE services so that the customer updater starts loading all the accounts to ECE.
3. When doing the extraction for the customer having ITEM type offers one can see above error message.
