On : 7.5.0.0.14  version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to cancel the deals backdated before Account effective date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Purchase product e.g. on 7th June.

2) Move the PVT to 17th June.

3) Cancel the Product using option Backdated to product purchase date i.e. 7th June.
