Symptoms

An SA/SP record created in V2.3.1 cannot be deleted in V2.4. If an old SA/SP record created in V2.3.1 and converted to V2.4 is deleted in V2.4, the SA/SP User Exit returns an SQL Error. It is looking for a record in CI_CHG_LOG table which does not exist for old records because it was not populated during the upgrade.
