Account ID Not Getting Populated When Payment Event Initiated From Favorite Links (Doc ID 2209803.1)

Goal

The goal of this article is to provide an explanation why an Account ID is  not getting populated when a  Payment Event initiated from Favorite Links.

Problem Description

1. Select Account
2. Select Payment Event +
3. All details are populated
4. Add Payment Event+ in the Favorite Links (if not there already)
5. Select Payment Event+ from Favorite Links
6. NO details are populated
