In Oracle Utilities Application Framework 4.2.0.2 and Meter Data Management 2.1.0.2, large batch jobs like D1-IMD encounter ORA-1652 error. The new error occurs when batch jobs, that process large amounts of records with CLOB transactions (for example, 100,000+ records), are executed.
