Loading sca.config Configuration Changes Without Restarting SLEE (Doc ID 2212546.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 26, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 4.4.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) Documentation for Version 4.4.1, in "Session Control Agent Technical Guide", Chapter 4 - sca.config Configuration, it is mentioned that is possible to have any updated sca.config details read in by sending a SIGHUP signal to the sca process(s). However it is observed that sending a SIGHUP doesn't seem to be working.

Is there a way of having the updated sca.config file details read in without having to restart the SLEE?
