Symptoms
On : 8.6.5 version, Install, Migrate
When attempting to save the configuration,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

DbSchemaInfo:187 java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Move the GRC database to new server.
2. Start the Application, it shows the configuration page.
3. Fill the configuration and click save.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the configuration.
