Symptoms
No records are queried back, and your unable to assign Privileges from OC, Admin -> Users and Roles -> Study Security. How can you insert a new record in the 'Maintain access to studies' form for Study Security?
Appears to be working for Site Security. However, for Study level the form displays the below error when launched, and new records cannot be inserted.
FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be retrieved.
