Symptoms
Unable to add Attachments with Error:"Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator"
- File Manager/DFM installation is completed successfully.
- The File manager log file starts successfully.
- The File manager configuration pages brings all results with "Success"
- Verified all the connections are successful with File Manager Configuration
http://filemanager_server:8080/Filemgr/Configuration
(File Manager connection may show as "Error" in some case) - URLs in server.conf file under {Agile_Home}\AgileDomain\config in the File Manager server is correct
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Web Client
- Select an object
- Click on Attachment Tab
- Click on Add button
Receive the Error: "Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator"
