ASAP Installation Stops At 9%; error code = 200; message="Java error" (Doc ID 2218266.1)

Symptoms

The ASAP Installation stops at 9%. 

While installing ASAP in Production mode, installation stops at 9%. The issue is seen in PROD mode only (not in DEV mode installation).
