(Doc ID 2219491.1)

Oracle Communications Messaging Server - Version 7.0.5 and laterOracle Communications Convergence - Version 3.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Consider 2 Mail users named 'UserA' and 'UserB'.
1. 'UserA' (with over 100 folders created under his mailbox) logs in to Convergence and shares all the folders with 'UserB'.
2. Now, 'UserB' logs in to Convergence and checks the 'Subscribe to Shared Folders' list. No folders are listed in there.
3. However, if 'UserA' reduces the number of shared folders (by un-sharing a few of them) to below 100, then 'UserB' is able to see the shared folders.
Changes
The response received from list.mjs has the ACLs for the folder when the number of shared folder are less than 100. Whereas, the response from list.mjs, when the number of shared folders are more than 99, does not have any value in the ACL field. Instead the ACL field is blank. As a result the folders are not getting listed in Convergence.
