Symptoms

Weblogic 12.2.1

After installing a new NMS 1.12 system (or after upgrading the Weblogic server to 12c), several actions fail, and there are a number of these error messages in the log file:

Caused by: javax.transaction.xa.XAException: JDBC driver does not support XA, hence cannot be a participant in two-phase commit.



Changes

This is a newly set up system.
Or the weblogic server was upgraded to 12c
